Shipping Within India
We currently offer shipping only within India. All orders are shipped through trusted and registered courier partners and/or Speed Post services.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Please note that orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Address
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details while placing an order. AMGRES shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Responsibility
AMGRES guarantees that your order will be handed over to the designated courier partner within the stated processing period. Once the shipment has been dispatched, delivery timelines are subject to the courier partner’s operations and service standards.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (where applicable), allowing you to track your shipment.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order is received in a damaged condition or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and its packaging. Our team will review the issue and provide assistance in accordance with our Refund Policy.
