Refund & Replacement Policy

At AMGRES, we take great care in packaging every product to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition. Our ceramic and home décor products are carefully inspected before dispatch and securely packed for transit.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at team@amgres.in. Kindly include:

  • Your Order Number.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
  • An unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish.

The unboxing video must be genuine and unedited. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the fragile and handcrafted nature of our ceramic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has been damaged during transit or an incorrect item has been delivered.

Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved after verification, AMGRES may offer a replacement of the damaged or incorrect product, subject to product availability.

Replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution for both our customers and our business.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including cases where a replacement cannot be provided. Refund decisions are made solely at the discretion of AMGRES after reviewing the claim.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Incorrect phone number or contact details provided during checkout.
  • Failure to accept delivery or refusal of the package.
  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier partner.
  • Damage reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video or sufficient proof of damage.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and successfully confirmed, it cannot be cancelled after it has been processed for dispatch.
